Each Mega Million ticket has five white balls numbered from 1 thru 56. Sum analysis is carried out by adding the numbers on each of the five white balls from the past drawings and derive conclusions from the statistical analysis. The results of such analysis can be used for choosing the potential winning combinations based on the past results.
In our sum analysis, we collected the complete mega million drawings from the date it started until Feb 4, 2011 which is about 1433 drawings. We summed up the white balls in each draw and we have found out the following interest facts as shown in the chart below.
